Exhibitor Registration
REGISTER YOUR TEAM
The Primary Contact on file will receive an email from CPNA@compusystems.com with a registration link and unique password. Please follow the instructions in the email to register all booth staff. Exhibitor team members must be registered as booth staff to receive an exhibitor credential and access the Online Directory and My Match.
If you have not received the email, please check your spam folder or contact customer.service@cosmoprofna.com for assistance.
ONLINE DIRECTORY
COMPLETE YOUR COMPANY PROFILE
Update your Company Profile in the Online Directory to showcase your company and products to registered attendees. A complete profile also helps My Match provide more relevant recommendations and connections.
Exhibitor Primary Contacts: The week of November 3, all confirmed exhibiting companies will receive a welcome email sent to the Primary Contact on file. Exhibitors contracted after this date will receive the welcome email within five days of deposit payment. The email will come from cosmoprofna@expoplatform.com with the subject line, “ATTN EXHIBITOR: Access Your Miami Online Booth Profile.” This email includes the information needed to access the Company Profile in the Online Directory.
If the Primary Contact is also registered as booth staff, they will receive a separate welcome email to access their Personal Profile beginning the week of November 3.
Exhibitor Team Members: Beginning the week of December 1, all registered exhibitor team members will receive a welcome email from cosmoprofna@expoplatform.com with the subject line, “Your Access To The Miami Online Directory.” This email includes the information needed to access their Personal Profile in the Online Directory. Anyone who registers after December 1 will receive the email within 48 hours of registration.
