GENERAL QUESTIONS

Cosmoprof North America (CPNA) is the leading B2B beauty exhibition in the Americas, recognized for its dynamic growth and unique programs. The event offers the entire industry an opportunity to come together, make new relationships, and foster collaborations. CPNA serves as the premier launching pad for new beauty brands, introducing revolutionary technologies, product innovations, and new channels for distribution, packaging, and manufacturing.

The ability to discover unique brand launches, product innovations, new channels of distribution, packaging, and manufacturing and to form key relationships with top industry professionals and retailers. The three-day event, which takes place under one roof, encompasses all sectors of the beauty industry.

The show is all under one roof and encompasses the following areas:

COSMOPROF- FINISHED GOODS FOR RETAIL Showcasing the best in beauty across hair care, nail care, Skincare, makeup and fragrance
COSMOPACK- SUPPLY CHAIN The only event in the Americas fully dedicated to the entire beauty chain, featuring raw materials and ingredients, private label and contract manufacturing, primary and secondary packaging, machinery, and other solutions for the beauty industry.

In addition, we have several Country Pavilions, and the Discover Beauty and Beauty Vanities special curated areas.

*The advance rate (early bird offer) is valid through November 21, 2025. Regular pricing is valid after November 19 until January 27. On-Site Rates are valid from January 27 to the end of show.
**Includes a 3-Day CPNA Trade Show Ticket, access to all Entrepreneur Academy classes, and lunch.

Some education sessions require added purchase and will be available during registration in the Fall. If you are already registered, you can login to add them.

Attendees may request a visa letter during the registration process. You must complete and pay in full for your registration before your visa letter will be issued. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. Exhibitors requiring a Visa letter should contact their sales representative for assistance.

Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable.

Yes, the Salon/Spa Membership level, the Business Membership level and the employees of these memberships receive a 45% discount on the Regular Registration Rate. Your PBA membership must be current at the time of registration to be eligible for discounted pricing. PBA Members do not receive a discount for exhibiting.

Yes, they may purchase a 1-day or 3-day ticket.

The Online Directory, featuring My Match, and Mobile App are digital tools available to all registered visitors and exhibitors.  These complimentary digital tools will allow you to search exhibitors and sessions, plan your schedule and even connect with exhibitors in advance of the show via messaging and meeting request capabilities.  These tools will be available starting the week of December 2nd. Until the Online Directory is available, you can explore the Event Preview for a current exhibitor list and event information.

Yes, many paid classes have limited seating. You can register for complimentary classes; however, if any registered individual does not show up for the class on time, their seat will become available for other that were not able to register for the class.

Pre-approved press agents with credentials, whether employed by an exhibiting or non-exhibiting publisher, may be admitted to Cosmoprof free for the purpose of reporting on the event. Pre-approval is required and admission to the show is at the sole discretion of Cosmoprof. For Cosmoprof press approval, please contact pr@cosmoprofna.com.

Yes, instructors and students may attend the show, but please keep in mind; this is not a typical hair show. The floor is business-to-business only with NO cash-and-carry sales and there is no technical hair or nail education on or off the show floor.

You will receive a registration confirmation via email. If you decide to add an additional class, need another confirmation, or visa letter (if applicable), log back into your registration and you will be taken to your dashboard. When arriving at the show, visit the Registration Desk or a Registration Kiosk to print your badge and receive a lanyard. Bring your registration email confirmation with you.ion on or off the show floor.

Any attendee observed to be distributing information and/or products or soliciting business in the aisles, in another company’s booth, or any public areas will have their badge(s) confiscated without refund and will be escorted from the building.

There is not a business center within the venue so please plan accordingly. There are various UPS/FedEx stores in the surrounding vicinity of the Miami Beach Convention Center.

Yes, there will be a variety of food available for purchase on the show floor.

The MBCC Campus has a parking garage with 800 parking spaces with a $20 flat fee. The parking garage decks are located on the 4th and 5th level (uncovered) of the Miami Beach Convention Center. Enter from 1901 Convention Center Drive (West) or from 2000 Washington Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139 (East).

  • Hours: 6am-1am, 7 days a week.
  • Accessible parking spots are located on the rooftop parking garage of the MBCC. To find more information on accessibility click here.
  • Electric Vehicle charging (EV) stations are available on the 5th floor of the MBCC rooftop parking garage.
There are multiple Municipal Parking Garages near the MBCC:

  • 640 17th Street

  • Bring a wheeled bag/cart? No, wheeled bags/carts are prohibited on the show floor. Bags larger than 12.15” are prohibited. Show Management reserves the right to inspect all bags.
  • Be a model? Cosmoprof does not hire models for the exhibiting companies as demonstrations on models are held to a minimum.
  • Bring my child? Children under the age of 18 (including infants) will not be permitted on the show floor or in classrooms for liability reasons. No exceptions. Thank you for your understanding as we keep your event safe and professional.
  • Bring my spouse/significant other/translator? Yes, a ticket must be purchased.
  • Bring my camera? No photography or videotaping of CPNA or its education classes is allowed without prior permission from Show Management.

DIGITAL TOOLS QUESTIONS

Visitors: Starting the week of December 1st, all registered visitors will receive a welcome email from cosmoprofna@expoplatform.com, with the subject line 'Your Access To The Miami Online Directory'.  This email includes the information needed to access personal profiles in the Online Directory. For anyone registering  after December 1st, the email will be delivered within 48 hours. If you have not received the welcome email or you are having difficulty logging in contact customer.service@cosmoprofna.com

Please try checking your spam folders and searching for emails from cosmoprona@expoplatform.com with the subject line 'Your One Time Password for Cosmoprof Miami 2026'.  If you are still unable to find the email, please contact customer service.  We can request the one-time password for you and provide over the phone or email.  The one-time password will then be viable for 2 hours.

The week of December 2, all visitors will receive a welcome email with  information on how to access the Online Directory, featuring My Match.  My Match is a matchmaking tool that uses artificial intelligence to review participants profiles and activity in the online directory to suggest new connections.  The more you use the tool the smarter is gets at finding you the perfect match! Visitors can send messages and request meetings within the platform to facilitate new connections ahead of the show.

Be purposeful about who you message! Each visitor is allowed a maximum of 50 message sends and 30 meeting requests.  This does not include replies after the initial message is sent. The allotment is intended to limit “spamming”.

Yes! The Cosmoprof North America mobile app will be updated to include the Miami show the week of December 2.  The mobile app will include the features of the Online Directory, making planning and navigation of the show a seamless experience for all.
